While bad treatment and broken contracts may be an unfortunate and all too common part of the business at every level, you prove that believing in yourself and keeping at it will eventually reap rewards for those deserving of them. Renesongs What always cheesed me off about the Pub & Restaurant circus is that the gear you put on on stage is probably worth more than the establishment, you get paid less than waitrons and you get treated worse than the cleaning staff by a manger who is less educated than a fence post.
