Guys,
I just returned from Bothners. Went there, as I do every year this time, as its a good time to stock up on extra peripherals for the gig bag (mic cables, leads, stands, etc). Generally approx 25% off on all those items.
Made the mistake of walking through the other areas. Had to restrain myself from using my credit card and going crazy! Prices on guitars, amps, recording kit, etc was unbelievable. Really good prices. Almost bought a nylon-string Cort acoustic/electric. Been looking for a nice nylon with pick-up to use on stage for a while. Well, it is still on 'til Sunday.
Ended up getting a Cort sculpted case for my Cort X-6 for R 420,00 (normal retail is R 595,00). This wasn't even on special, but just discount on request from the salesman.
So all in all, a good day.
