I really enjoyed his NAMM performance of Norwegian Cowbell, also on Youtube. He seems like a totally natural, no pretensions guy who just genuinely enjoys playing guitar. And of course the playing itself is amazing.
Highly recommend getting the latest album, Silence Followed By A Deafening Roar.

I watched Paul Gilbert's instructional DVD "Get out of my yard" a while ago. I rate that he is one of most innovative guitarist about. The man is an eccentric guitar genius I say. 8)
