Rene, love the blues licks, keep them coming, please, i am hungry for some new licks.
You where right about "shane Phoney", i think he is tripping on acid, there isn't info in that book at all.
but thanks anyway for opening my eyes.

Whats your favorite licks or riffs Manfred ?
Manfred-Klose
Being the person that i am, i would have to say some good musical riffs would get the job done.
I dont have a favovourite i like them all.
If i would write a book of riffs, these would probably be in there:
Sultans of swing(Dire straits)
Sweet child of mine(Guns n roses)
Warriors of the world(Manowar)
Divadian(Machine Head)
Speed kills no boundries(Micheal Angelo)
Moonlight Sonata(Beethoven)
Crazy Train(Ozzy)
Dargor Shadowland of the blackmountain(Rhapsody of Fire)
Eldorado(Valient Swart)
Cemetry Gates(Pantera)

Hey what about Seven Nation Army by The White Stripes? I know it's very simple but who says simple can't be brilliant?

i normal start by teaching my beginners Seven Nation Army or Smoke on the Water. Very cool riffs to play

Jimi Hendrix and Janis Joplin - Summertime
Sadly Jimi and Janis never played together. The immortal introduction and solo to Summertime was played by
Big Brother & The Holding Company's own James Gurley. You can find Jimi doing a killer instrumental version of "Sunshine of Your Love" Live at Montreaux which is in itself is strange because Jack Bruce of the Cream wrote the riff one night after watching Hendrix perform - now hows that for complete trivia ?
Squonk
Trivia is good
Thanks Rene ?
