I must admit I've been a part of this forum for a good couple of months but was never really "part" of it, if you know what I mean. Well I intend to change that and be more active, so I thought an official HI would suffice! ?

I'm based in Pretoria - Rietvalleirand area...
Some info on gear (I don't have a lot mind you):
Acoustic I'm the lucky owner of a Morgan OMKE... Electric I play a Fender Tele Highway 1 linked to a Laney VC15 (which is giving me a hard time as of late!) Haha!
I basically started out playing about 6-7 years ago, mostly fingerstyle to the likes of Tommy Emmanuel & Andy Mckee... Started listening more and more to blues players like Robert Cray, Buddy Guy, SRV, Jonny Lang and local hero Dan Patlansky and decided there and then that I need an electric so that's how the Tele came about! ? (Good excuse to buy another guitar! Haha!)
But ya, I like most styles of music but my playing definitely has a strong blues undertone...
I don't have vast amounts of knowledge regarding electronics (not a tube head like some guys) but hey - that's one of the reasons why I joined the forum! ?
