Repairs for guitar cases?

Hey there,

My Ibanez Universe case has taken a bad knock and a few of the hinge bolts have been forced out as a result. It now doesn't close properly and I need to get it repaired. Can anyone offer advice as the best course of action to get this case repaired? I am hesitant to take to Music Connection (where I bought the guitar) which is the closest to me, because I usually receive quite mediocre service and prices for repairs are often very high.

The case did it's job and protected the guitar. If the physical integrity of the case is compromised in any way then get a new case.

Seems to me it depends a little bit on the nature of the damage, don't you think? If it's just loose connections, hinges, or latches, it might be worth getting repaired. They aint cheap. But if the structure is damaged/bent/deformed - chuck it for sure.
