What I always wonder about with these pedal board reports is how you guys travel with that stuff. You don't transport your guitar outside the case, why would you run around with your pedals all exposed?

All the wiring is underneath the board
That makes it worse, doesn't it? whenever you put the board on something, that something gets a nice chance to eat away at your 9V wiring... If you're going to make a pedal board, might as well make it a pedal case. Just a couple of more parts, hook hinges, latch locks and a handle....
@ Reinhard: I'm not criticizing your board as such, it looks much like the others reported about on this forum. I just don't understand the reasoning behind it ???

Well I don't think many people would mind. {..} Should you sell it, you just leave the velcro underneath for the next guy's pedalboard. Even if they don't velcro it to a board, they wont notice the velcro.
+1 I would rather buy a pedal with the velcro on it already. That way you know the guy at least did not carry it around loose, plugging and unplugging away. Plus it saves work.
