+1. The saddle (AKA "white bridge thing" ?) comes out and you file or sand the bottom down to bring down the action. Classical players do use a fairly high action - for volume. Although yours is extreme by even their standards.
I've removed mine altogether for uber-low action ?
I wouldn't recommend that because it sharpens the intonation on all your strings.
