Hi there forum members just thought i'd share a pic of my two guitars. On the left is my Jackson King V and on the right is my new Ibanez S520EX. I've fallen in love with the Ibanez so the Jackson doesn't see much loving at the moment ? . I never really had any interest in Ibanez guitars until I tried this some of their S series guitars, I love the S series body and the ZR floating bridge. I love the matt grey finish too, no more grubby fingerprints. The pickups are a bit plain though so this weekend its getting a Dimarzio D-Sonic on the bridge and a Dimarzio Liquifire on the neck which i'm looking very forward to. My amp is a Marshall MG100DFX and I usually play through a Boss MT-2 pedal. As im sure you have guessed and more into my melodic death metal jams, In Flames, Children of Bodom, etc. and other metal stuff like Metallica, Dream Theatre, Led Zeppelin, Megadeth and August Burns Red. Im not close minded though most genres will do ? . I've been playing for a little over a year now and I'm really enjoying myself, playing guitar is very rewarding for me and I make sure to play as much as possible which is helping me progress quite quickly. Anyways thats sort of an introduction too, great forum you guys have here ? .
