Jack-Flash-Jr
There's many many more but here's two to kick off:
1. Changing nylon strings: the little twists, loop through and stretches... very satisfying.
2. Plugging a lead into the output jack. Yeah... it's like cocking a gun or throwing the car into gear before hitting the accelerator...

... or something...

The shape of a Fender headstock in my shadow.
The rumble of your internal organs and (depending on its length) hair when you're playing in front of a big backline.
The way guitars smell.
Open chords on fresh strings.
The point when you know you're properly warmed up and anything's possible.
Counterpoint with the bass player.

Just as long as you don't get a shock otherwise it's jumping jack flash...... ?
IceCreamMan
the satisfaction of pulling something off that you have been working on
TomCat
Playing around with you tone/setup and suddenly finding another sweet spot that gives you goosebumps.....

Closing your eyes and just hearing the music envelop you. Not focusing on what you're playing, but just the sound. At 2am. Awesome.

For me a great feeling is when I finally get the guitar to sound like it does in my head.

Putting new strings on my acoustic and playing that first chord!
The look on my friends faces when they see my amp, then the way their faces change once I play it loud!
The way my electric hangs around my neck! It just feels right!
Danny-B
A full second fret bend on the G string, and holding it for eons...
Rob-dos
picking up the guitar without thinking because its a part of you, playing, then putting it back down.. and while u putting it down you think to yourself, was i just playing my guitar? 8)

Playing and getting into "the zone", where you're pulling stuff out of nowhere and everything just works.
guidothepimmp
a well timed pinched harmonic

amen...
I remember playing bass on a 200W bassman. I was standing in front of it and when I played a note I could feel the wind pushing past me.
Or plugging your bass into Gearhouse's Trace Elliot stack and feeling the whole stage rumble...

I also love slow, down bends.

I love the way my fingers tingle and hum while playing the last set of a long hard night.
I also love the way you can you can snatch a fly out of midair between your thumb and forefinger after practicing Paganini arpeggios at 280 bpm LOL ?
Squonk
Cant find my Plectrum and I play with my fingers and and it sounds better.
Getting a riff right for the first time after lots of practice...especially the the timing, bends, legato etc. I remember getting the bends just right in when playing the intro to Eric Clapton's "wonderful tonight" pure pleasure!

Finally getting a piece to sound like it did in my head when I first thought about it.
The sound of new strings, even the sound of fingers touching the body of the guitar.
arjunmenon
That long sustained note, followed by a tapped harmonic, followed by the feedback and slight wiggle of the whammy bar.
The many A HA moments when you're busy practising or writing music.
The feel of week old strings.
The "Purple Haze" chord with just the right amount of fur.
Arpeggiated add 9th chords (with some open strings thrown in).
Cleaning and polishing the guitar.
Lastly, the part where you forget about things like payday, outstanding bills, debt, nagging-wife-who-doesn't-understand-your-relationship-with-your-guitar and find THE ZONE where you played something so brilliant that you can't remember it.
