Saw a very clean old Red and white Rickenbacker 4001 bass guitar in a Germiston pawn shop early in December last year, even though I dont do bass , I realised a few hours later that R600 was a bargain , and was probably a collectors item , went back , it was gone......
If it was real, that's a
really good price. Unfortunately, there's a few low quality Japanese fakes around too though.
