I have had past experience organizing conventions. I used to be into anime, so I had the experience of organizing venues etc...
We used to use the music hall at Randburg high, which come to think of it is an ideal venue for this sort of thing. There is place to braai too, and plenty of place to set up and all the rest.
The deal is that I can organize the venue if need be, since I have a holding deposit on the venue still.
So think about it and give me advance warning. March is out as I am expecting my son to be born then.
Sounds ideal, as you say, Tamago. Nice venue (if it doesn't leak much noise). Well, it's the middle of Feb now, so could you organise for somewhere around the end of Feb?
