if i could take 6 i would take the joe perry custom shop, duane allman #24, 1989 35th anniversary, 1999 40th anniversary, 1964 goldtop and the 2001 '59 reissue with the cherry heritage sunburst

I don't know - with that obsession he probably frets (pardon the pun) about where he can get hold of another one. On the the other hand he can count LPs instead of sheep to get to sleep.

He certainly has a spectacular collection. I have been following his posts, and that page is not up to date. I think he bought one of each colour of the 50th anniversary 59 reissues and a few signature LP's as well. He has writen some articles on les pauls and seems to be a very humble and nice guy.

Mike S is a guru on LP's....His collection is out of this world...must be one of THE biggest. However there are guys in Japan ! who owns more LP Bursts from the late 50's.

He must have a very understanding wife ! ?
