No those specific models should have H-S-H routes. Nothing wrong with a universal - my main Strat is one - but bad routing is indicative of the workmanship.
What's "fisheye" in this context?
Fisheyes are craters that appear in the surface of the finish while still wet. It is caused by spraying over a surface that's contaminated with oil, grease, or silicones. These contaminants usually come from cheap/dirty sandpaper, silicon polishes on the old finish/case, a contaminated work area or from too much handling of the wood. It's always best to clean the wood with naphtha before finishing to get rid of contamination and seal with something like shellac to lock any contamination in the wood. These are things any proper finisher does, because they know it's easier to prevent than cure.
