I went through a severe Godin GAS phase a few years ago, very nice looking stuff. Never played one though. Their amplified nylon strings are still on the back of my wishlist somewhere.
Suhr and Vigier both interest me a lot.
What about Brian Moore Guitars - haven't seen one in ages but there was a curve-top (not arch top) SEVEN string at Andy's (I think it was Andy's) years ago that I really wish I'd grabbed. I think it was a green quilted maple finish, really beautiful.
