Bought the above mentioned pedal the other day. It goes for around R2900 retail here in Johannesburg.
My friend introduced me to it, and I really liked it when he played it to me. After I got it, I was still very
impressed with the sound. A nice thick distortion with lots of sustain.
It seriously has a ton of gain. And with the gain quite a bit of noise.
I'm using a noise got from my GT 8 now and that really helps. Other than the noise, I really like the pedal.
Have any of you people had experience with this pedal?

When I crank my amp it sounds like a lawnmower, but my amp does that without the pedal as well. On respectable levels it is reasonably quiet, but I rarely turn the gain above half and the level above 3 quarters though.

My fix for this, the more feedback you have the longer the cable you need. ?

they are quite noisy. i played through 2 of them now, i find they are quite versatile from a distortion perpective. but... they are helluva noisy.buzz like theres no tomorow. played one on power supply and one on batteries and both buzzed. i prefer the overdrive sound myself. these remind me of a metalzone on buzz. good for that kind of sound.
