You're not going to be led astray by Justin guitar. Just follow his beginner's course through. You'll develop better that way than by picking and choosing stuff that, at this point, you won't know is important to learn or not. So go through the beginner's courses and you'll already be ahead of most people who've owned a guitar for the same period of time.
So yes, look into a teacher, but there's no downside to following the courses he's laid out.
