My boss has a Technics PX-111 Digital Piano. Some time ago it stopped working, he took it to a tech that told him the processor has gone, the man also said that there are no spares available. Any chance one of you might know of a place we can get spares?

Backup on Technics has always been very bad - typical consumer electronics company, where if it breaks you replace.
Try Proteknik in the Werdmuller centre in Claremont, they'll often fix stuff no-one else will. However, if it needs spares that are proprietary Technics parts, you're basically stuffed, AFAIK.
Otherwise try the local Panasonic distributor (As far as I can tell, Panasonic own Technics these days):
