For what you're wanting to use it for I think it would be perfect.
That's not a bad price at all, considering I see people selling the XT Live for R3000 all the time.
The one thing you would want to consider is getting one of the floor controllers so you can do stuff like: turning effect on and off like stomp boxes, using a wah, using a volume pedal, changing patches on the fly.
I would also highly recommend getting the model packs.
