Beef Carpaccio

I made some Beef Carpaccio last night. It was so awesome I thought I'd share a pic.

Beef Carpaccio with rocket, baby tomatoes, rosemary bruchetta, balsamic and parmesan.

I can't describe how great this tasted! If anyone would like to try make it yourself let me know and I'll post the steps I took.

Looks good! Did you do something to the meat, such as marinade it or cure it? Or is it "as is"?

Thanks! Nah it is just matured beef fillet as is, sliced and then rolled out with a rolling pi (or in my case an empty wine bottle) between two sheets of cling wrap to get it nice and thin.
