The Heritage burst is one of the faded les pauls from around 2004ish by the looks of it, and still has the zebra pickups , which were stock on those guitars.
The serial number indicates 2005 model too, which is consistent with my thinkings. The tuners also look original, as does the case.
I would be surprised to hear anyone more knowledgeable tell me this was a counterfeit, though id it were the right person, I'd still believe them.
The gold classic I don't know much about, but don't see any blatant signs of a fake. The fact that it features in one of the photos of the standard is reassuring. And they were both photographed on the same couch, which allows me to put some stock in the legitimacy of this seller.
I believe, we have two authentic LP's up for grabs here guys...not so convinced of the quality of the price tho..
What price should these get sold at out of interest? 15K seemed decent to me but I claim no expertise in guitar pricing...
