On reflection I have an issue with a person losing money due to a typo.

This seems like a really good deal! Separate reverb for each channel? Personally I'd never heard of that before, though my knowledge doesn't extend particularly far...

Arguably the best "Dumble amp in a pedal" and very rarely found secondhand anywhere. At R6,000, it's way overpriced - far more expensive than the $395 you can get directly from Custom Tones, but you would at least avoid the waiting list (up to a year) and have the chance to try before you buy.

Some nice Robben Ford type tones with a humbucker guitar:

I hope Reinhard sees this - assuming it isn't a scam. Unless it's had a neck-break (even then) or body crack repairs, it should be more than worth this price. And a perfect opportunity for a jazz player. A vintage instrument can be, after all, refurbished if the original condition has degraded its value.

Pardon my French but WHAT THE FOURCHETTE!?!?! Give him a call, play dumb and buy the guitar for that price. Maybe you can bargain him down to R3000.

In all likelihood he missed one zero but who knows, maybe it's a guitar he found in the attic and reckons that's a good price. Honestly, do stuff like that happen in real life?

If they can't tell you the price is a typo it's a scam as clear as water. Most scammers are more sophisticated and state a price closer to the going price. This would be dangerously undervalued at R35,000.

my thoughts exactly.... its either missing a zero or its a scam. I tried calling and it goes to voicemail.....but you never know,,,, it may have been used by some little old lady in church only,,,,,, ?
