I just remembered Iron Butterfly - In a Gadda da Vida
Loved that album and "the" drum solo.
We remember music in conjunction with the memories that went along with it.
Much of that music is inextrixably linked with teenager love & heart break and other dramatic first experiences ...
Remember learning to ride a motorbike when "Bat out of Hell" was a hit.
"Band on the Run" was a mandatory dancing song in 1974 ... I never spent any more money on Paul after that.
