Dan has moved back to JHB, Smelly stays in DBN that's why he's not playing with them anymore. Personally I'm quite bummed about the whole thing, Smelly rocks!

I remember Smelly well from the Durban Folk Club days (in its various incarnations - The Tusk Inn, anyone?), Thirsty's, etc. Ja, it is a pity. He brings a bit of gravitas to any rhythm section...
