NorioDS Sorry for not updating this sooner. I've been uber hectic. There's just too much to do and not enough time to do it in. Can I humbly ask that we re-visit this in the new year? There's just no time right now ;(
Renesongs Norio - In the Cape we have an unspoken business ethic - Don't attempt to get any thing done between Mid November to Mid February Because everybody is either on holiday, thinking about the holidays, wishing they were on holiday, planning a clandestine holiday from their office , recovering from the holidays or too busy coping with tourists.
Riaan Don't attempt to get any thing done between Mid November to Mid February And from mid February to mid November we're recovering from the hectic holiday season so don't expect much then also...

NorioDS I'm speaking to 2 printers now and seeing if they'll handle the whole process for me. The way I see it, I have to options: 1. Get the printers to take the orders and they print and deliver as well. Absolutely no profit for GFSA but people get shirts to wear and we get our name out. It's a wonderful option but I have yet to find a willing printer. 2. Set up an automated ordering system that basically takes orders, emails the order to the supplier, supplier delivers to me and then I go to the post office once a week and send out. This option isn't nearly as fun and will take a lot more time and effort. There's also option 3 where one of the members takes care of the entire deal, again no profit for GFSA (which is no issue for me!) but then I reckon that dude should make some money for his troubles. It's NO fun organising something like this. So if you: 1. Know of a flexible printer looking to make some regular sales (I will personally pay the setup fee they normally have) then let me know or... 2. Want to handle this for us, let me know. I'm throwing this out there because I don't have the time, right now, to do the research. I'm booked up till the end of the 1st week of March (at least).
