His tone is really awesome.......those Fender amps at the back certainly do a lot to enhance it as well !!!!!! 8)

I'd date this as 1967. The bass player is Harvey Brooks (who was a Dylan sideman along with Bloomfield for a couple of years) and the drummer is Buddy Miles. So that makes the band Electric Flag and according to Wikipedia Brooks left that band in late '67.
