Would it not be cheaper to buy a new one than to repair?
You don't know until you get a quote. I'm a bit out of touch and can't speak for Andy or any other luthier anyway.
If costs too much to fix it, replace. Then try fix it yourself (I'm sure we'll all help with advice where you need it). If it works out, you have another backup guitar or one you can sell to an impoverished student cheaply, or simply have around for students to bash on.
If you really don't want to tackle it yourself, send it to me. I'll fix it and give it to someone deserving and impoverished (I know more than a few of those here in the countryside). I'll pay any shipping.
