Fender palo escrito telecaster pickup upgrades???

I just got this rad guitar..... really great Its basically a 60s tele with cool wood. So the pickups ar OK..... not bad at all. But i want to make this guitar a monster... it sounds real good already but figure if i thrown in some hotter pups so i can get good overdrive and fuzz tones.
Considering a tele little 59 in the bridge?
What say all of you?

What kinda tones are you looking for? Bands? What's it lacking - mids, trebles, punch, cut? What amp/pedals? Need noiseless for definate?

Well the guitar is pretty raunchy already, a bit bassy so maybe i can build on that. I dont mind noiseless or not, I do just want it to be more raunchy a little hotter to drive an amp more, tone is my number one thing, good for overdrive and fuzz alike. Bands.... mewithoutyou, the mars volta, band of horses, queens of the stoneage, moving mountains, Artic monkeys, blood brothers
I use delays, overdrive ALOT and fuzz octave stuff.

Local? From what you mention, well I only know Queens of the Stoneage, I'd say go for buckers, the 59 in bridge is a good choice. If your budget is higher, you can get a pearly gates that fits.

Tele wise I am a MASSIVE massive fan of Bill Lawrence. He owns the Wilde name, not Bill Lawrence, long story... So another option is the L 48TL, which sounds pretty similar to a tele bridge pup, boosted mids, great clarity, an amazing bridge pup. That way you'll get nice clear ballsy tones..

Neck wise I am torn for options though... Depends which bridge you go for I think ?

Also, with so much distortion/fuzz, I'd say hit noiseless or humbucking pups ?

yeh singles and fuzz = NOISE and hiss. Andys quoted me like 1300 for the little 59 and installation... not bad i think?

I'd suggest a hot rails neck to pair with that, but then you're losing clean tone so yea..

I am on a budget but will pay what is needed for the sound...... I am not to taken aback with hotrails even though radiohead use them and they are my faveourite band ever. Also thinking maybe texas specials or hot noiseless pups?

Ive heard real good things about a little 59 in a Tele...

Apparently very versatile. My buddy has a Little 59 in his Strat
and its cool for rock/ indie so I can imagine how it must sound in a Tele with overdrive.

As far as Seymour Duncan's go I would go for either of the following based on ure influences :

Quarter Pound® for Tele (lead & rhythm) STL-3 and STR-3
Little '59™ for Tele ST59-1b
Hot Rails™ for Tele STHR-1b/STHR-1n
Hot Lead Stack STK-T2b

I dig the sound of that little 59, its like a tele crossed gibson sg ....... i think. should help the hum to. But would i need to upgrade the neck pup aswell then?

It would be best to as it will hum, and be much lower output than bridge..
