How about a bigger typeing bar?

When you reply, in that small type bar?

Sometimes when i type a reply, i like go back and see what i have mentioned at the beginning of the reply before i hit post.
The scroll thingy can get a bit irritating.

Am i the only one finding it unconvenient, if so, just ignore this post.
just a suggestion.

Yeah i also noticed that when the reply gets long, you don't always see what you're typing as the window shifts down and up by one line with every letter typed.

If i need to post a long reply I type it up in MS Word and then Cut/Paste it into the post.

I just clicked on "Reply". When the form had finished loading I had an area for text entry that would take 14 lines of text (I know this because I entered short lines - each one just a number and got to line 14 without the text area having to scroll). I can't be the only one finding it this way.

If you're talking about "Quick Reply" at the bottom of each thread, yeah it can get annoying but it was only intended for quick replies ?

What I find helps is if I click "Preview" before posting, and then I tweak to my heart's content.

Ha! See it now I do. Very slow the network connection must be so loading in time the quick reply widget is not .

OK. I see it now and 'tain't so bad. I could easy get 5 or 6 lines in.

I think this is a non-issue. In fact I can't understand why the "quick" reply is provided. It offers no advantages over the vanilla reply facility.

first time i saw the quick reply thingy :-[
anyway i suppose i could just hit the preview button.
