Honestly, I love Satch's sound but I'm a gear-idiot so no idea how to find or even test the right gear ?
Satch uses a Dunlop Crybaby 535Q Wah, which actually has less of a sweep than your Morley. I find I prefer having a smaller sweep (like all the vintage wahs have) for a more pronounced vocal effect when sweeping quickly. I've used quite a few different wahs and I've found I prefer less sweep.
I'm using a Crybaby Classic GCB-95F, which has less of an ice-picky top-end than your average wah, partly because of the Fasel Inductor (really does make a difference) and True Bypass. I'm currently lusting after a Budda Wah, which is even less extreme on the top-end than the Classic, but that might not be your cup of tea if you're after the Satch sound.
The 535Q has a variable "Q" which allows you quite alot of variation in tone. Maybe Joey would sell you his Weeping Demon if he finds something else, because that will be the wah most likely to give you what you want from a sweep point of view. Sound-wise it's pretty variable as well, but it isn't as warm and vocal sounding as wah with a good inductor like the Fasel. Still sounds decent though.
I could recommend a couple of boutique options, but I don't know what kind of budget you have.
