Delivery times on Stewmac orders

Hi All

How long do you usually wait for your orders from Stewmac. I opted for the cheaper shipping option as the order didn't justify the expensive one.

I ordered stuff at the end of August, but haven;t received anything yet.

My previous order took about 3 to 4 weeks if I remember correctly. Can't remember the exact time though.

mine took 2-3 weeks.

Best would be to send them a email just to make shure of the shipping, also contact the place where it was shipped to, it is most probably already in SA standing somewhere in the stockroom.

Usually 3-4 weeks, but occasionally 5 or 6. Stewmac are very good with handling that kind of thing, so If it's over 4 weeks, I send them an email just to say it hasn't arrived yet, but that I will wait another two weeks before reporting it missing.

I've never lost anything - the one time I did report something as missing, I still got it - just three days after the replacement had arrived.

Ok cool, so there's still a chance... I have e-mailed Stewmac this morning for info [ tracking #'s etc ] just incase.

Same here. It has been anything between 2 and 6 weeks. It's happened twice that I've not received stuff 6 weeks after I ordered and they sent replacements immediately.

It has arrived...amazing how much cooler your guitars can look with straplocks... 8) ?
