That's cosmetic damage. It shouldn't be effecting tone or playability.
As Alan says, there is no way to make a completely invisible repair without refinishing the entire top. McGibbons do this kind of work very well, and will quote you options with higher prices meaning the repair will be less easily detected. You need to decide how much having that work done on that guitar is worth to you.
