Got a new song, this time it is a guitar offering and not symphonic. ?

I had the time of my life recording and mixing this song(still need to complete the mxing, but was way to excited to share it with GFSA), but it all happenend by accident, i was busy recording a completely a different song, and i finished earlier than i thought i would have, so i openend a new session set the tempo to 120 and just recorded whatever came to my mind, the reason i call it "Journey of inspiration" is because the last 2 weeks was just out of this world, met some really interesting people, and i think the song has reflected to all the things that occured.

I had a go at greame's tube tamer, so i got the chance to cranck my peavey delta blues, with a slight overdrive from the boss SD-1.

This one would defineately be on my instrumental album(someday), cant put my grip on it, but if i would sum it up i'd say it is hank marvin meets joe satriani meets manfred klose.
Not any hectic leads, just plain and simple.
So far just pre production.

Geez Manny, I'm listening while I'm replying here! Brilliant lied man. Is all the guitar recorded mic'ed up and all from your Peavey?

Yes, i did some on and off axis micing techniques and blended it together. The bass is direct in, but very dull in a way, still need to work on that dough.

not a DI box, went straight into the soundcard that also has DI functions, got a few plugins i am going to try out and see if i can get the bass to life, i got an old samick bass, think it mught be because ofthe pickups in it.
