Riaan I'm busy getting all my documentation for our OSD (occupational specific dispensation) ready, the long awaited salary adjustments. For this, we have to give documentary evidence of all qualifications, courses attended, achievements, etc. Needless to say I'm adding anything I can lay my hands on, from my degree certificates to MS Access Beginners course. Anything that could score me points, as that will determine my next salary level. Maybe I should pose in my GFSA gear, beanie and all, and add that to my documents, and proudly state "hero member of GFSA" also? ? Along with "consumer of fine wines and good quality tobacco products".
