Hello WitBlitz. Can't say I've played this particular model but I have owned a stack of Ibanez guitars and I don't think that you can go wrong with their electrics. They tend to be great value for money. That pickup configuration should be fairly versatile, and it looks great!

I agree with Malcolm. I have an Ibanez SA08 I bought new for a couple of grand and I love it- feels great & great tone! the GSAS is a similar guitar but on a better level.

Hello WitBlitz, Well I bought a SAS32FM from someone on this forum at the beginning of this year. Now, I am also new to this jol but I think it is a sharp guitar. Not sure what or who for it is made but seems to me the neck is pretty narrow but maybe that is becasue I play my nylon string guitars most of the time. Tell you what I did though, the thing has these .9 etc strings on which go boioioioing at the slightest movement so I decided to put some lekker dik strings on. Now I know the forum elders gonna start bleating about intonation and all but I live in Benoni so that's not such a big storie ne? Anyway, I get these strings on and start tuning the guitar. Everything seems to be going just fine except that the action is getting moer high the more in tune the strings get. So I look down at the bridge and it isnt doing well. It's gat was sticking in the air and I swear I thought I broke it. So I quickly wound down the strings and stroo, as I was doing that the gat went down. Now, on the backj there are some springs (3 on mine) and space for another two. So I think to myself maybe just put a pice of something in there to keep the thing still so I can tune my guitar. Looks like it is just for the whammy bar which I am not clever enough to use anyway. More serious boioioioioing. Anyway that is such a horror story to tell when you just looking for advice.
I have got the lavender one and I like the color. Looks just like the one on the link except only two HB and one less knob. Have you done a search at harmony-central for a review?
WitBlitz
Uhmmm, ok... thanks i think?
No reviews on Harmony... yet ?

A wise man once said Harmony Central reviews are a Love/Hate thing.
Too many people who own the gear themselves write biased reviews.
There are a few decent reviews here and there.
But for the most part, its just people that RATE their own gear.
That's why the ratings are mostly sitting in the 8's and 9's for any guitar / pedal or amp
MikeM
And people usually validate their purchase :/

As for the Ibanez, very nice instrument ?
