Cannon Hell ye!!!! I have a nice little PA too...and a monitor. I also have a drummer that comes fully loaded with a kit & I'm sure a bass amp can be sourced (if we truly want to go down that road)!!! I'm well up for that idea Graeme....lets discuss on thursday mate!!! C.
Renesongs Cool! We could start around midday on Saturday 12th. I doubt many of us will be in a gigging condition by Sunday OK RSVP me - I could bring mini 250w PA for stage monitoring. I could also bring my blues band The HiTones but maybe we should keep it all in the GFSA family for now.

FenderBender This is becoming ridiculous! I spent till 7pm waiting for RS' courier to deliver parts. They did not arrive. The oke that was supposed to pay me today, didn't. I spent my last cent on the revamped Tube Tamer and my car's tank is empty ☹ But seriously guys, don't let this discourage you from coming on the 12th. I'm a homebody and can't run far at my age ?

matta I seemed to gravitate towards Manfred's Tele, who doesn't know it is a Squire. It sounds and feels WAY more like a Fender, better than a MIM AFAIC. We missed you Graeme, was hoping to see TT in the flesh, sorry to read about all your woes, hopefully the parts will arrive soon, you will get paid and the proto will be out in circulation soon! Manfred-Klose after i played the les paul for a while i swtiched back to the tele and it felt like i was holding a pillow in my hands. the epi had a alder body with mahogany neck, sounds pretty cool. We had a chat about the the saturday thing, so here goes, We wont be having having a get together for september, because for sepetember we have a mini woodstock to attend to, but will have jams from (R)october onwards saturdays from about 13:00. We are discussing getting guys in to come do workshops on saturdays. Matta also volunteered to come do a workshop on valve amps(he likes talking alot so it might get interesting) Anyone have any suggestions to possible workshops we can throw together or musos you would like to come do a workshop. Anyway i think saturdays can accomodate some guys from the southern suburbs.
