shadow1 OKay GEAR HEADS, if the plastic bit on a machine head (see pick below) is broken off the machine head. Will it still work correctly? stay 100% in tune etc?????? Or do i need to replace it?
AlanRatcliffe It'll still work, but If you tighten the tension screw too much without it, the machine head will lock up.
