Your own pics:
1. Open an account on Photobucket.
2. Upload your pics there.
3. Copy the IMG Code associated with your pic...usually does this automatically when you select the IMG window below the pic.
4. Paste the link in you post.
Pics on other websites
1. Click the image icon in your posing page.
2. Go to the image you want to include in your post, right click over the image and select "copy image location"
3. Return to you post and insert the link between the img tags like this:
[img]http://your_url_goes.here[/img]
