MXR Pedals?

Popped into cash converters at the Hillfox, on the lookout for bargains.
They have 2 MXR pedals; a compressor and a distortion.
I dont know if these are any good, but both are going for R325.

DO IT!!!!!!

if its a dyna comp (red - check the dunlop site) and prob a distortion + (yellow), i'd say get it (specially the dyna comp). the dyna comps are retailing for around 1500 at marshall IIRC.

for 325 i don't think u can go wrong with an mxr! :yup:

Either way, do it, it is a good price, reguardless where in the world you get it for that price !

i'll join in on the chorus here.......

yeah MXR pedals are seen to be top line.... think eddie van halen made em famous....

but yeah i would buy he dyna comp straight away .....

and the distortion if you like the tone.....

but the compresser has so many uses it's worth a snap buy not to lose out and at that money it's a give away ....

Also picked up a Carbon Copy 2 weeks back. Using it for weird oscillations, rather than delay though, but still a killer delay pedal (if you like analog delay and slap-back tones though).

MXR are a great brand, there carbon copy delay is great, the super comp (a new dyna comp) GREAT, Distortion 3 great,
a year back I went to a cash converters and found a mxr blue box and the guys there thought it was a broken ditortion (actually just a fuzzy octave) got it for R200. BUY BOTH THOSE MXRs at leat then you can resell them

I can't remember where I found this site, but it offers international delivery on a bunch of weird and funky pedals, including MXR. Not bargains or anything, but a nice range.
