Hey all. My old amp has died a terrible death. Died while i was in the middle of a gig ><. I'm looking for a new one.
I play on an ESP f standard with a floyd rose and have a pod X3 live.
so which amp would work best for a metalcorish sound. Needs to have a decent distortion for lead and a bright clean tone.

what was your old amp?
So you are using the PODXTlive infront of the amp? did you connect it to the return path of your amp in the FX loop, or at the input of the amp?
