Their helpline with the silly flute tune accompanied by the voice that says..."your call is important to us...your call will be answered in approximately five weeks, four days and seven hours...please hold" nearly drove me insane... >☹
My advise is to keep calling them, e-mail them, and bug the local Telkom outlet. You have to be relentless and persistant like an aching tooth... ?
Thanx Riaan. You are describing EXACTLY the problem we are having, except that the phone line is perfect, no problem there. We also have our fax machine on a different line...
We are determined to follow your advice to the latter......
