Wow, she can play!
The Dave Martone is just a tad too full of guitar-wanking for my taste though ? In fact, all her soloing is full of a lot of wanking. Penis-envy maybe ?
She looked pretty cool when she was younger. I mean, not sexy or anything, but like a cool rocker chick!
Can't appreciate her tone in the Respect video. A bit too trebley -- eek! But that redhead -- mmmmmm, nice ?
Bet she looks like she could be my aunt now, though. Damn! ?
Dunno if it's ok to admit this out loud but man I love Michael Jackson. Well his music any way. His perfection always shines through in his choice of people to work with and in every performance (just about).
Read something once about how he just told Slash to "go for it" and he totally let him do his own thing. Slash came through and added so much of his own character to that track. That's neat man -- collaborating with people in a way that lets their own genius shine through. Neat!
Great to have "discovered" this lady rocker though! Hope she starts releasing some tasteful solo stuff for me to buy soon! We really need some tasteful electric guitar music coming from the ladies now!

In raw talent Im too ignornat to know any better then Miss Batten here,
but truthfully speaking I wouldn't want to run into her in a dark alley or face her in a rock off, even if i was skilled.
IMO Brody Dalle fits the profile for a female guitarist not too skilled but not a man either. ?
