Seems like a good time to repost this one
Donahue demonstrates his various string-bending techniques - and he's a master at that stuff. Then round about 2:35 he launches into his version of Jerry Reid's The Claw and that's when it gets really good.
Erik Mongrain - Awesome acoustic player doing something a little different
John Petrucci - Amazing live solo for the Dream Theater song "Hollow Years".
Guthrie Govan - Recording he did for Guitar Techniques magazine where he mimics the styles of each of the winners of an award in the various categories of their readers poll, he precurses it with a background story of some epic jam but it is him playing.
Stanley Jordan - The master of touch technique playing doing an interesting rendition of a rock classic with a ripping double bass player.
Kaki King - Normally an acoustic contemporary player, this video shows her stepping into the world of Synthesisers by using a Lapsteel guitar with a Midi pickup in it. I've looked into it and all the stuff I could find claims that she does all of it, even the drums with just the lapsteel using a looper. There are live videos, none of which I've watched, so go see for yourself if you're curious.
John Butler - Once a busker now an acoustic guitar hero, this is an amazing and beautiful composition.
Now I'm gonna stop cause I could give hours worth of these links...?
