I'm having so much fun with this one. The only problem is that because it's so fast I have to do a lot more composing than usual. I'm about half way now. I could just repeat it ad nauseum, but I don't know....?
Good news, I've approached my "Pandora's Box" soundcard. It's being relatively nice to me. It's nice to hit record and practice away and then, Edit, Undo record.

Good to hear you are getting on with it Viccy.
Try stretch your composition out - it's something you have to learn anyway. Otherwise you'll end up doing "Vollenweiderish" albums full of one and two minute tracks.
That "undo" (Ctrl-Z) function is probably the most useful and overused function for me. ?

Would like to be sure that my entry got there before closing.
By the way I had a problem uploading the file to GFSA Uploader - kept saying, "had a problem uploading please try again later"

There is no confirmation with the PM system, but as it's internal to the site, it is very reliable (I've never had/heard of a PM going missing).
If you're still nervous, keep an eye out for the voting thread (which Rene will post tomorrow afternoon) and if your entry does not appear, PM Rene or myself and we'll add it in.

Not going to make it either - haven't even started and won't get a chance today. Pity, was going to do something along the lines of Deep Purple's

I entered, and then I realized 'Johann you idiot, you forgot to shred!' But as the words echoed in my mind, I remembered I can't shred, so it's just some idiotic, melodic lines and heavy guits in the chorus part thingy. But inspiration comes at weird times, and this hit me at 2am on Thursday morning. Just goes to show, don't record anything that seems inspired at 2am. (Like the How-I-Met-Your-Mother show states 'nothing good ever happens after 2am!)
