...to take typing lessons! ?

She always manages to type long responses to people's questions that go deeper than "yeah, good idea". Something that I appreciate a lot and I am sure others do also.

I also think it is strange to have two very muscular index fingers as a result of the "search and destroy" typing style.
Bedsides, these typos are dying me nust! ???

(p.s. yes, Keira's name seems to appear in thread titles quite often these days hehehe, free publicity...Hope I don't have to pay royalties ?)

I had typing in St6 and 7 as a subject at school. I hated technical drawing so I made the easy choice. We got hit on the finger tips with a ruler when we cheated, meaning looking at your fingers while typing. It has really helped a lot.

EDIT: Forgot to mention, my dad has been working on computers ever since they came to SA on a daily basis and still have 2 finger "search and destroy" typing technique. Lol he looks so lost on a keyboard.

On Thursday I was listening to a chat show on BBC Radio 2. The story under discussion was a letter to the Telegraph by some bloke whose son graduated from university last year, applied for a job as a shelf stacker (the employment market in the UK is pretty desperate) and was turned down whilst the employers took somebody "better qualified for the job". The general discussion featured an HR person from some big company who was bemoaning the fact that kids out of school now cannot type. They say they can type, but what they can't. They can TEXT. Not the same thing.
