Ja, man, Clutch are cool! :goodtimes: A friend just recently played me some and I acquired that very album as well as the first one a few weeks ago. Still have to give it a proper listen but so far I dig their sound.

One of my favourites! "Games without frontiers" blew my mind as a laaitie! Other guys at school thought I was weird for whistling that riff all day long :-[

Quite an innovative album as well. The 'no cymbals' rule and gated drum started a bit of a trend at the time.

Today, Martin Simpson - True Stories. I'm struggling a little, though there's nothing at all wrong with the playing. Just doesn't seem like such a great batch of songs, and none of the original compositions come close to the fab "Never Any Good" that graced the previous album. It's got a sort of laid back/late night feel to it - so I might do better if I don't listen to it in car on the way to work.

if you search youtube have a look at some of the drum kits Rush ahve used ,specifically some of the south american tours ...thats a pantechnikon on its own needed

Been listening to Led Zeppelin III a lot too. Never really listened to the whole album in as much depth as I had some of their others but I'm really enjoying it. A different side of Zeppelin.

Also been listening to Ultramega OK by Soundgarden (on a slightly wonky vinyl :-\)

Was good stuff. They did an excellent version of "Inside Looking Out" on "Live Album".
