I was actually listening to 'Outlandos d'Amour' The Police, really enjoyed their slight punk leaning!(at least on this album)
Still remember buying this in 1978 and enjoying the
Simplicity of the songs. I was hugely into Prog Rock at the time and wasn't quite used simple little 3 minute songs. Was quite refreshing at the time and made me stand back and analyse what I was listening to, and I kind of got into the late 70's Punk, New Wave , Ska thingy.
What made me buy this album was the single "Landlord" and 'Fallout" which I acquired from the UK family.
Who can remember all the weird shaped singles you could get at the time
