Temple of The Dog.

I discovered this band last year when we were visiting my second "homeland" — Madeira, Portugal — for the first time.

Tanya (wifey) was getting a tattoo done and the artist was listening to this. (Along with some other good stuff like Tool and so on.)

If you don't know, Temple of The Dog is kinda like Pearl Jam with both Chris Cornell and Eddie Vedder on vocals. Pretty epic ?

No idea how I'd lived my (back then) 32 years without discovering this awesome super-band:

Today, Apple Music tuned me onto Trivium's latest album "The Sin and The Sentence" and I'm really enjoying the guitar riff, lyrics and vocals on "The Heart From Your Hate":

VERY different from the kind of music they were doing 8 years ago, aka "Gunshot To The Head of Trepidation":

I really like both music styles and love watching bands evolve but I think I like the widdly-widdly wah-wah guitar lead a bit more in their earlier stuff. Not sure if it's still there on other tracks of the new album.

Anyone else into Trivium?
