I know it's irrational, but I reckon we should have a thread where you can post links to guitars you want real bad, and guitars you think are just downright sexy. I'll [obviously] go first.... Its not aGibson or Epiphone but still looks good.

Nice!!! I like LP's with a vertical stripe pattern!! it makes it look bigger and not as small as they really are!!
its horizontal stripe pattern when held, surely???

Okay, horizontal!!! lol...

MikeM wrote I've never thought of Les Pauls as small - well for an electric?

I think they are small! the body. the scale...
Compared to a strat / tele! Well, just my opinion, on look and feel!
It just feels small to me! but could be because im used to my strat and acoustic!

Warren

Meandering through some HR Giger stuff. I'm not sure this is pr0n, but it will definitely get you puckered at both ends, one way or another...

Ooooer, I like this one!!

Unfortunately the Giger's looked amazing but were actually fairly disappointing guitars, I've gotten to play the old S and RG and the newer Giger RG they released after that and I was sadly disappointed by the playability and tone of them. They looked absolutely stunning though, the laser engraving on the RG was just breathtaking.

Something I saw in Matt's Music the other day, apparently selling for R80k...

I just wonder why that Hawaiian one has a pickup selector when it only has a bridge PU??

Well I'm not sure this is porn actually. I mean if Paris Hilton whips off her kit then that could be porn, but Princess Diana? Lovely and all that, but too classy to be something as crass as "porn".

So it is with this

Bob-Dubery

This is pretty classy too...

They call that top wood "blistered maple"

The contrasting bindings are a nice touch.

Norman86

Its not binding in the true sense of the word, as thats just the original wood that was masked off before paint!
But yes, those are nice!! ?
