I know it's irrational, but I reckon we should have a thread where you can post links to guitars you want real bad, and guitars you think are just downright sexy. I'll [obviously] go first.... Its not aGibson or Epiphone but still looks good.

yeah that should look great on a stage under lights.......

as a point of interest many of us who perform live always shop for guitars in biz hours and we see a finish that looks incredible in natural ot floressant light or in a well lit photograph but soon as you hit the stage under coloured lights the finish , or the beauty of it often dissapears....and often stunning finish's look drab and dull ... where the bold or bright and dare i say almost harsh colours in white light are way cool under stage lights........

Very good point. Never thought of that. Well, except for the fact that black guitars without binding simply disappear on most stages. They don't so much not look cool any more. They just don't look like anything.

That's why Fenders were made in all those revolting colours. I'll drool over a sunburst, but when it comes down to reality I'd rather have fiesta red or foam green or something to match my crocs.

? it's all in the eye of the boholder........i'll take a salmon pink strat anyday. and btw under stage lights it will look more red than pink ...exactly the point i was making just as sunburst guitars seem to look like 1/2 size guitars on dark stages cos the black disapears but the orange sticks out ,

I love Parker guitars for the most part, and have always liked the Fly in particular. Very cool stuff!

Fair enough.
It may be the best sounding best handling guitar ever built, but IMO, it happens to be one of the nastiest lookin' too.
